Returns Policy Overview
You may return new, unmounted items within 15 days of delivery for a refund minus any freight and restocking charges. Items should be returned with all their original product packaging including labels. Products returned without their original labeling may not be given a full refund. Some special order products cannot be returned once the order has been processed.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON MOUNTED ITEMS. YOU MOUNT IT YOU OWN IT.

Partial Refunds may be issued on items:
That are returned more than 30 days after delivery
Any item not returned in the original condition when it was shipped
Any item damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Special order items that can be returned to the manufacture will have a minimum 20% restocking fee. All items that do not appear on the site are considered special order.

Full or partial credit will be given to qualifying returns less all freight charges incurred. Any orders refused will be charged freight both ways.

On product purchases NO warranty is express, implied or included.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at v.ivan@aol.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tractable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
